Rules:
The fish must be legally caught in Iowa by a CIA member. This includes the pools of the Mississippi/Missouri that touch Iowa.
The fish must be caught between February 3rd, 2006 and October 31st 2006. Fish caught after October 31st, 2006 will be included in the 2007 tournament. This will allow for the awards and recognition at the last meeting in November.
Fish length (closed tail) determines the winner. Weight can be used as a tiebreaker.
You must submit a photograph either by email or US mail that includes the following:
A clear photo of the entire fish on a measuring scale which shows length.
You may also choose to include:
A clear photo of the entire fish on a digital scale which shows weight.
It also must include the following information:
- Angler's name
- Length and/or Weight
- Body of Water
- Lure/Bait
- Date

On or before October 31st.
Tie Breakers:
- Fish clearly photographed with both a length measurement and a weight measurement will beat a fish of the same size submitted with only one measurement.
- A fish released will beat a fish of the exact same size which was kept.
- The first fish submitted either by email or postmark will beat a later fish of the exact same size.
